Surrender Into Guided Conscious Relaxation: The Peaceful Practice of Yoga Nidra

Experience deep relaxation and mind-body renewal through yoga nidra, a peaceful guided meditation that leads you to a sub-conscious state between being awake and asleep. We begin with gentle stretching before laying on your back (you are welcome to bring a pillow, blanket and eye mask for comfort). Loose fitting clothing in layers (plus a pair of socks) is recommended.
